Ajita Banerjie (she/her) is the Research and Policy Officer at ILGA Asia where her work focuses on SOGIESC rights and legal reforms in the Asia region. Previously, she has worked with the International Commission of Jurists where she led the research for two reports on access to justice for LGBTIQ persons in India. Ajita holds a Masters degree in Human Rights Law from SOAS, University of London, and was the recipient of the Chevening Scholarship.
