Partnerships Coordinator

Sydney | Contract / Temp

Sydney WorldPride is recruiting an experienced individual to join the Development team as Partnership Coordinator, supporting the Director of Partnerships & Partnership Managers to execute and deliver an integrated sponsorship strategy to secure corporate partnerships for both Sydney WorldPride and Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. 

The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and fostering strong relationships with multiple partners and stakeholders, providing support to the Partnership Managers in account management and service delivery.

Communications and Engagement Manager
(Government and Industry)

Sydney | Full Time

This role will work to support the delivery of integrated Communication and Engagement plans to support the delivery of Sydney WorldPride. It will focus of building and maintaining strong relationships with government, industry and Community stakeholders so they understand the opportunities for them to participate in the delivery of the largest LGBTQIA+ festival in the southern hemisphere.

Ticketing and Accreditation Coordinator

Reporting to both the Ticketing Manager and Executive Producer, the Ticketing and Accreditation Coordinator will assist with administrative and organisational tasks relating to ticketing and accreditation for Sydney WorldPride Festival 2023. 

First Nations Coordinator

Sydney WorldPride is recruiting an experienced individual to join the Communications and Engagement team as a First Nations Engagement Coordinator, supporting the First Nations Engagement Manager and the Creative Director – First Nations, in the day-to-day organisation required to execute and deliver Sydney WorldPride’s First Nations Strategy.

Project Coordinator

Sydney | Contract

Sydney WorldPride is looking for an experienced, talented Project Coordinator whose primary purpose is to support the organization across all facets of the WorldPride project and assist the Senior Project Manager in the preparation and management of comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. This is a contract role which will continue until mid-March 2023.

This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted project, which requires someone with expert project administration skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a number of external stakeholders.

Marketing Coordinator

Sydney | Contract

The primary purpose of this role is to administratively assist the Marketing Team in the development, implementation and on-going management of Sydney WorldPride’s event marketing campaigns and strategies. This will involve creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, proofing and testing campaigns, website updates, diary assistance to the Director of Marketing and a host of other related duties.

Office Manager / Assistant to the COO

Sydney | Contract

This role is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the Sydney WorldPride office, including IT, stationary, security. The role will provide administrative support/coordination to HR from time to time, as required. The Office Manager/Assistant to the COO will provide professional and confidential administrative support to the COO and her team, and occasionally the CFO, including diary scheduling, email management, meeting notes and follow-ups, presentations, media requests, travel and other duties as required. This role will report to the COO.
