The Coca-Cola Company supports and celebrates diversity, inclusion and equality through the workplace culture, community partnerships and policies the company has across the globe.

The company has an active Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Ally Business Resource Group, and has received a 100 percent score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index every year since 2006. During the nationwide debate in Australia about marriage equality in 2017, Coca-Cola created limited edition rainbow design ‘Love’ Coke cans and displayed the rainbow flag on its giant Kings Cross billboard in support of LGBTQIA+ communities.

In markets around the world, Coca-Cola often partners with Pride festivals and supports LGBTQIA+ organisations – including the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund and The Trevor Project.
