George Street ROAD Mural

George Street North

The City of Sydney, with Transport for NSW and the Sydney WorldPride team, will transform the north end of George Street into a large-scale road mural to celebrate WorldPride and to mark the permanent closure of the street to vehicular traffic.

The eye-catching design is a giant collage of many Pride (Progress) Flags and will be filled with colourful furniture and street performances during WorldPride month.

Drag Queen Danni issues stands in a power pose in a colourful Sydney WorldPride branded dress on footpath that has been painted in a giant progress pride rainbow
