Jaclyn Nasti (or Jackie, as her friends call her) has identified as part of the LGBTQ community for about 10 years. Jackie was born in Sydney and moved the mid north coast when she was young.  

She now has in home support and medical support for her disability, which causes her muscles to cramp.  

Now living in a small beach side town, Jackie lives a peaceful life but is also close to many activities when she feels like going out and having a good time. She especially loves the Mardi Gras Parade with its friendly party atmosphere, all of the wonderful colours and costumes and creative people. She’s always had a passion for animals and art, music and singing, paints in watercolour and has even sold a few paintings at local exhibitions.  

Jackie loves creating costumes and dressing up in character for events and parties. Wonder Woman is her favourite costume, as she represents a strong, confident and tough woman who doesn’t let men boss her around!
