Executive Producer

 

The Executive Producer will manage the production, operational and creative delivery of Sydney WorldPride 2023 effectively and efficiently, across the organisation. The Executive Producer will manage and oversee the contribution and delivery of a range of artistic commissions, co-productions, collaborations and other events for the lead up to and during the SWP 2023 festival.

This role will also be responsible for the strategic budget planning and tracking which will be created in collaboration with the CEO and COO. The SWP Executive Producer will lead the SWP Production team in the required reporting of delivery, development of the event plan and encourage an open, communicative and progressive working style that expresses the values of SWP.

Stakeholder and Community Engagement Manager

The Stakeholder & Community Engagement Manager will work closely with the Director of Communications & Engagement serving as a liaison between SWP and its stakeholders through a community engagement strategy in line with SWP’s strategic plan.

The Stakeholder & Community Engagement Manager, is responsible for developing relationships through targeted outreach and increasing public awareness of SWP and will also support SWP in building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including InterPride to aid in the development of partnerships and fundraising.

Human Rights Conference Producer / Project Manager

The Human Rights Conference Producer/Project Manager will lead, facilitate and project manage the development and the delivery of a world class Human Rights Conference which will be a key event during the Sydney Word Pride Festival in 2023.

Collaborating with the SWP Executive Producer, PCO (Professional Conference Organiser), Human Rights Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and external advisors, develop and project manage SWP’s Human Rights Conference Program.

Head of Project Management Office

Reporting to the COO/CFO, the Head of Project Management Office is responsible for Sydney World Pride’s overall project management function, providing leadership, integration and management of PMO processes and functions to improve the consistency and efficiency of SWP project delivery and ensuring the project keeps to timelines and complies with all government project requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Revenue the Marketing Manager will develop and manage the implementation of a world-class and cohesive marketing strategy for Sydney World Pride 2023, ensuring consistent messaging and increasing the reach, support and participation in SWP events.

Pride and Diversity Officer

 

The Pride & Diversity Officer will develop and oversee the implementation and execution of SWP’s Pride and Diversity Strategy, which outlines how SWP will increase the overall participation and inclusion of the LGBTIQ+, First Nations and other communities across the festival. The Pride and Diversity Officer will also engage with and develop relationships between SWP and InterPride (the Licensor of WorldPride). The Pride and Diversity Officer will provide expert advice and support on complex diversity and inclusion matters. They are responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the Workplace Inclusion and Diversity Strategy, supporting action plans, policy, and guidelines. They will also be responsible for setting up the SWP Pride Committee.

The Pride and Diversity Officer is an appointed position under the SWP Constitution.
