Lana Woolf is a Paskifika lesbian feminist and the co-founder of Edge Effect, an organisation that focuses on the inclusion of people with diverse Sexual Orientations, Gender Identities, Expressions and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) in the humanitarian and international development sector.

She is widely known in the sector as an expert in the intersections of women, people with disabilities and diverse SOGIESC people in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene development practice in the Asia Pacific region, but has also worked within climate justice, gender justice, social protection, Disaster Risk Reduction, humanitarian inclusion and civil society strengthening.
