Nick Herbert (Lord Herbert of South Downs) is the UK Prime Minister’s Special Envoy on LGBT+ Rights. He is a longstanding advocate for LGBT+ rights, having been one of the leading voices for equal marriage when he was an elected MP in the House of Commons and the founding chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Global LGBT+ Rights. He is also the founder and chair of the Global Equality Caucus.
