In partnership with American Express, we invite small merchants to be part of Pride Villages by entering the competition to be part of the Shop Small Pride Village. We want to showcase your products and services and help bring Sydney’s iconic LGBTQIA+ district to life during the festival’s final weekend on the 4th and 5th of Março when we close Oxford Street for this once-in-a-lifetime event. This is a great opportunity to attract interest and support from people attending the Pride Villages during the Sydney WorldPride 2023 festival period.

Pride Villages is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for businesses to cultivate new customers and to have access to thousands of attendees from around Australia and the world This competition provides 18 merchants a stall in the Shop Small Pride Village to trade out their own goods from, Point of Sale infrastructure (Square terminals) and electricity (10 AMP). The purpose of these market stalls (2.4m x 2.4m) is to complement and enhance the existing businesses within the footprint and create a village-like feel. Stall holders entering the competition will need to demonstrate that their main aim is to serve or include the LGBTQIA+ communities. Prizes are limited and we are seeking entrants that highlight unique products or services that would appeal to a global demographic. Eligible Merchants can enter the competition by clicking here.
