Phillipa Harrison (She/Her)

At the helm of the Australian Government agency for tourism, Phillipa is responsible for stimulating and nurturing the international and domestic tourist economies. Her purview covers a network of global offices spanning 12 countries. Phillipa’s first role at Tourism Australia and was an Executive at General Manager International, leading the organisation’s international operations for Asia, the Americas, Europe and New Zealand, as well as Global Distribution and Partnerships.
Phillipa’s prior experience includes six years working for Hamilton Island Enterprises as well as a variety of globally-focused senior sales, marketing and product roles across e-commerce, retail and wholesale tourism platforms in London and Sydney. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Mass Communication and Psychology) from Macquarie University and an MBA from AGSM at the University of NSW.
