Human rights

Wednesday 1 – Friday 3 March, 2023

As a centrepiece of the first WorldPride held in the Asia Pacific, the Human Rights Conference will focus on LGBTQIA+ human rights across the region.

In March 2023, Sydney, Australia will host the first WorldPride ever held in the Asia Pacific region.

The Human Rights Conference will be the centrepiece of Sydney WorldPride 2023, shining a spotlight on global, regional and domestic human rights issues facing people based on their sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and variations in sex characteristics.

It’s an incredible opportunity to come together and build a world in which all of us are free and equal, no matter who we are or whom we love.
