For the fourth year running, Kings Cross Hotel will transform into the iconic Queens Cross Hotel and the team from 4the.love are curating outstanding experiences of unity, celebration, and glittering love across each of the five levels. The Clock is celebrating love and pride with celebrity guru (and Surry Hills local), Richard Reid. At The Bank, queer party crews Birdcage and Woody’s are taking over while at Goros resident queen, Milan, has some serious fun planned for this late-night haunt. Two queer institutions in Darlo Bar and the inimitable House of Mince are also joining forces. And finally, the Abercrombie (opens late 2022) has Xander Khoury from QTBIPOC collective House Of Silky and Kate Munro going all night across its multiple levels.

Bank Hotel

Sitting on King Street smack bang in the middle of Newtown, The Bank is an Inner West institution where absolutely everybody is welcome. A safe space for all, a home to live music in Sydney, a place to feast with friends and a place to catch up over a few beers a place to celebrate, The Bank will be hosting parties every night of World Pride 2023. With events curated by the teams behind Birdcage & Woody’s, each night will be filled with performances and features from people within our beloved Sydney LGBTQI+ community.

Clock Hotel

The Clock is celebrating love & pride with celebrity guru (and Surry Hills local), Richard Reid, as our exclusive curator for Sydney WorldPride 2023!

Our colourful calendar of events includes boozy brunches, A Night of 1000 Kylie’s (karaoke), pride trivia with local legend Breko, popup cocktail and drink menus (yas) and giveaways at Rowdy Randy’s Raffle.

We’re also going to party. A lot. Every weekend we’ll have curated parties throughout our venue with DJs, drink and non-stop dancing.

Goros

GOROS is your favourite late-night venue in Surry Hills. From custom–built karaoke rooms and arcade games, to DJs, sake & cocktails, there’s nowhere quite like the playground of GOROS.

Our resident queen Milan is taking over GOROS to bring you a huge two weeks of fabulous activity for Sydney WorldPride. Kara-OK will feature on the two Wednesdays with plenty of queer anthems and a cash prize of $250 up from our usual $100, then on the Thursdays it’s time to mingle at our all-inclusive LGBTQIA+ mixers. Throw it back on the Fridays with our 90s and 00s dress-up parties – prizes for the best dressed! Then boogie the night away on the Saturdays as we bring you a queen-level line-up of queer DJ’s and anthems, with free face painting all night long.

Darlo Bar

Darlo Bar’s rich long history has made it a destination that’s seen art students, medical professionals, politicians and proud locals alike walk through the doors for a tipple, a deep convo and most importantly, some good vibes.  

This year, we’re excited to announce that Darlo Bar is partnering with WorldPride 2023 and the inimitable House of Mince for 2 whole weeks of fun filled parties. Expect a jam packed schedule with queer entertainment, all to be announced very soon! There will be some big name queens that will be making their Darlo bar debut & so many more surprises coming your way.

Kings Cross Hotel

For the 4th year running, Kings Cross Hotel will transform into the iconic Queens Cross Hotel for 2 whole weeks during Sydney World Pride 2023 & this year we won’t be going in alone. We are in proud partnership with the team from 4the.love, who will be transforming Queens Cross into 5 levels of unity, celebration, and glittering love. Each level will highlight its own identity, from the pink patio to the rainbow rooftop, & will offer its own unique twist of food, beverage & entertainment to match.

Expect 16 days of fabulous entertainment on every level, with plenty of big acts stepping through our doors to provide you with a night of entertainment you will never forget. So go on, why not step into our very own pride palace for a cheeky cocktail, a late-night boogie, or a recovery spot to reminisce on the antics from the night before.

The Abercrombie

Abercrombie encourages and champions a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and expression.

WorldPride season we will be hub, a gateway, and a party destination for all LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and allies as they converge to celebrate the biggest party in the world, WorldPride.

They have a two-week program of the best queer parties and events, curated by one of Australia’s preeminent house DJ’s, Kate Monroe, and nightlife artist and curator, Xander Khoury.

From 星期五 17 2月 to 星期一 6 三月, The Abercrombie will be home to some of Australia’s best queer house and techno parties including Heaps Gay, Kerfew, Barba, SUGAR, Angels Only, Canned Fruit, Fur Ball, Queer Techno Collective, Queer House Collective as well as DJ workshops by Irregular Fit, rooftop parties and more.

Marly

The Marly is a weekend staple for many people on a night out and is a go to destination for late night partyers. Whether they are coming for the iconic Breko’s Music Bingo on Thursdays, enjoying a boogie to some of Sydney’s best DJs until 4am or a late-night rave in Tokyo Sing Song, there is something for everyone.

The Marly will be holding several events in celebration of Sydney World Pride, including Breko’s Music Bingo, RAW raves in Tokyo Sing Song and having some of our amazing Queer DJs spinning all your favourite anthems.

Courty

The Courthouse Hotel is located in the heart of Newtown, The Courty’s spirit is encapsulated in the patrons who frequent the venue, which can be seen through its raw & perfectly imperfect walls. Inclusion and diversity are part of the pub’s foundation, and the rainbow steps are our gentle nod to this creative and unconventional community.

The Courty will be celebrating Sydney World Pride across two massive weeks with drag bingo, trivia, queer artists and much more. On 星期六 2月 25 the Courty will be showing the Mardi Gras 2023 Parade LIVE & LOUD on our big screens. Come in fancy dress or wear whatever makes you feel best. This day is going to be fun and fabulous.

Barangaroo House

Sitting pretty on the water’s edge, buzzing day and night, Barangaroo House has three levels for you to drink, dine and play. Soak in the Sydney sunshine at House Bar, our casual harbourside watering hole.
