Mini

For MINI, diversity means living a culture that is based on appreciation and respect, so that people of all origins can contribute and develop with their personality and identity. The BMW Group Pride Network acts as the company’s mouthpiece of the LGBTQIA+ communities – where diversity, equality, trust, respect and inclusion come first. Together they help create a positive and open work environment in which everyone is welcome.

Globally, BMW Group has actively supported and been part of Pride events including Munich Pride, London Pride, LA Pride and Pride NYC. On the local level, BMW Group Australia actively promotes and celebrates International Diversity week with activities including speaker sessions and various communications across the 5 dimensions of the BMW Group Diversity strategy; Gender, Age/Experience, Cultural Background, Sexual Orientation & Identity and Disability.

In 2022 MINI Australia chose three Big Love stories which celebrate the LGBTQIA+ communities promoting them through videos and painted murals across Sydney during Mardi Gras. For Sydney WorldPride, MINI Markets from all over the globe will have the opportunity to be involved by asking their audiences to submit Big Love stories which will be seen around the world.

Les aborigènes et les insulaires du détroit de Torres sont issus de nombreux clans et communautés différents à travers l'Australie. En 2023, ils se rassembleront pour faire la fête avec la communauté LGBTQIA+ mondiale.
