Natalie Thompson (she/her)

Natalie serves on InterPride’s Board as a VP of Global Outreach and Partnership. She has previously served as Co-Chair for Global Pride 2022 and a member of the IPTF, the ad hoc committee that made recommendations to improve operations and governance in InterPride.

Natalie joined the Capital Pride Alliance Board in 2018. She currently serves as the VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is the Chair of the DEI committee, responsible for organizing the #StillWe Lead program, and assists with programming for the Pride Talks series.

Professionally, Natalie is the Director of Programs for the SF LGBT Center, addressing the community’s needs to increase access to housing, employment, mental health services, nutritional resources, etc. Through her work and volunteerism, Natalie is dedicated to building community sufficiency, reducing barriers, and celebrating our diversity.
